Weight Training

weight training starts today! any running specific routines you all know of?

Weight training aside, in order to avoid injuries, you should consider yoga for runners. It's really amazing!

I would suggest looking into crossfit. The crossfit community has been known to take up causes, particularly of those that have taken up causes for others and/or faced a difficulty that would break most. It would be an understatement if I were to say the workouts are difficult. Crossfit posts workouts free online, but I would suggest finding a good crossfit gym and coach if you are unfamiliar with the program and the movements.
